Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY
- All merchandise returns and exchanges may be accepted (excluding "final sale" or "as-is" items, gift cards [except where required by law] and gift boxes) within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Returned merchandise must be in original condition with original tickets attached and all packaging, unworn, unwashed, or be defective.
- Final Sale—Merchandise marked final sale is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged.
- We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing your return.
RETURN BY MAIL
If you prefer to send your return by mail, visit our Returns Portal where you can download and print a prepaid return shipping label. Please note that when we receive your return, we'll deduct $7.00 USD from your refund for handling fees. To return by mail, to use FEDEX and create your own label, we recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery.
SHOE RETURNS
Returns are available on any unworn shoes purchased from our website within 30days or the order date, for US orders. This excludes final sale items and any accessories such as our shoe care products, hats, and socks
Returned items that show signs of wear may be issued store credit at the discretion of Elle. All free gifts, as applicable, with purchase must also be sent back with your shoes in order to receive a full refund.
Items received by our warehouse not purchased from ellefootwear.com will be donated accordingly. Please reach out to info@ellefootwear.com to inquire about personal items.
Note: All returns are subject to a $10 Return Shipping Fee.

Fragrance Returns:
- Item must be returned in its original condition, with the cellophane wrap still intact within 30 days of purchase.
- There is a restocking fee of $10.
- Customer to pay return shipping costs unless the order was a mistake due to Ellecollections.
- We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing your return.

EXCHANGES
To save you time, we have our Quick Exchange Service. If you find that an item you ordered isn't just right and need a replacement in a different size or color, all you need to do is call us at 909-628-6200. We'll quickly place an exchange order, charging your preferred credit card but waiving your standard ground shipping fees.
FINAL SALE
Merchandise marked final sale is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustment.
TERMS OF SALE
All sales are subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy posted at Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy as well as the terms and conditions of this Return Policy, which together constitute a binding contract. Merchandise is not intended for commercial resale or export; engaging in such activities will be deemed a breach of contract. Merchandise marked "final sale" is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustment.
